Workforce Preparation

Wow! Wild Over Work

Suggested for ages 5 to 18 (K-12)

This curriculum is designed to help volunteers and teachers introduce youth K-6 grades to skills and behaviors which will be needed in the workforce of the future. The curriculum consists of hands-on experiential activities in career exploration and skill development. The 100-page helper's guide contains background information for the helper as well as developmentally appropriate activities for youth. It is organized around four related themes:

• Work Around Me
• Work in My Community
• Work Around the World
• Work in My Future
