Recognizing effort is an important part of youth development. These certificates were designed to help 4-H leaders and volunteers recognize youth's efforts during the past year.

  Certificates: Most Physical Activity & Greatest Increase in Physical Activity Minutes (1/2 page each) (MS Word)   (PDF) Each version may be personalized on computer before printing.
  Certificates: Averaged 30 Minutes of Physical Activity Daily (2 per page) (MS Word)   (PDF) Each version may be personalized on computer before printing.

plastic flying discClubs who participated in Get Up & Move in 2004-05 and submitted a completed club physical activity chart received a special incentive. Club's are encouraged to submit a new game using plastic flying discs. Games will be featured in a spring 2005 activity.
