Illinois 4-H Recognition for Excellence Leader's Guide (L90240)
- provides explanation of four components of the Illinois Recognition for Excellence program: participation, progress toward goals, standards of excellence, and peer competition
- provides types of recognition available, ideas for local recognition, and sample ideas for club and individual goals
- includes a master copy of a Recognition for Excellence order form that leaders may use to order recognition supplies
- "Helping You Help Youth" fact sheets are available for adult
and youth leaders.
