Formatted to fit 8.5 X 11" paper, these files are an easy cover for memory books, scrap books, county history reports, club history reports, or even a flyer for bulletin boards.

This version can be downloaded and printed, as is. (PDF file)	This version can be downloaded and personalized.

	Download the pdf file, open it and print as many copies as you will need. Download the MS Word file. (This file allows for personalization on the cover.) Open the MS Word file and change the county name, replace the county with a club name, and/or insert the date. This file has been set up so that it will automatically center in the space available for personalization on the cover. (In the white space between YEARS and the Extension logo.) If more than 2 lines of text are wanted, you must reduce the font size in order for it to fit on one page. Place your printed cover (the pdf file) into printer and then print the MS Word document.

One 4-H Centennial display unit will be available in each Extension region for loan. Please contact your local Extension office to schedule the display for your events.
