You will have an adventurous time and meet 4-H treasure seekers from other counties at the 2008 Northern Illinois 4-H Leadership Conference. Clear your schedule for March 8-9 because you’ll want to be present for this action-packed expedition with us at the Holiday Inn. We’ve planned a first class weekend filled with workshops, projects, and speakers. This conference is open to Illinois 4-H’ers, 13 years and older. If you choose just to attend the Saturday only option, this will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and lunch will be provided for you.

We will start the weekend with an anchor dropping speaker: Brian Phillips. Next, we have brought together some action packed workshops from around the state, that will help you be the captain the next time you need to lead a group of 4-H’ers. We will end the first day listening to great entertainment and then you can relax, swim, dance, watch a movie, play board games or do some teambuilding. Sunday you will attend a great two hour workshop.

Bring all your friends along, whether they are young crew members just beginning to lead, or a captain who has climbed the ranks. We have two sensational days lined up for all treasure seekers to develop leadership talent.
