It's Agriculture Day at the Illinois State Fair! Attorney General
Lisa Madigan held a press conference to announce a $90,000 grant
for methamphetamine prevention to be split evenly between 4-H and
FFA. At the Ag Day luncheon on the Director's Lawn, Ellen Boyd from
Carlyle (Clinton County) was recognized as a 50-year 4-H club leader.
At the Governor's Sale of Champions, the Grand Champion Doe of Show
- Goat's Milk, exhibited by Nicholas Lawyer, broke the record price,
selling for $625.00. For auction results, check out the Illinois
