An Illinois original, limited-edition, "Otwell" Bear was created in honor of William B. Otwell from Macoupin County, who is one of the pioneers of the 4-H program.

2003 North Central Regional 4-H Volunteer Forum

Proceeds from the sale of this special Glory Be Bear will fund scholarships for volunteers attending the 2003 North Central Volunteer Forum, to be held in Peoria, Illinois. Click here for more information about the Forum.

Each Otwell bear has a sequential number on the heart-shaped hang tag: ____ of 3000. Twenty numbers were randomly selected to win a prize - a cow, pig or sheep beanie baby - provided by Glory Be Bears.
